Description

This product is used to determine the safety of the cylinders.
It helps us to understand whether the cylinders are suitable
for use with the blasting tests.
Usage areas are used in facilities producing cylinders.

LPG Cylinders are tested by detonating in a controlled
manner in the LPG Cylinder Blasting Machine. The LPG
cylinder is placed inside the cabin, then the hood is attached
to the species, and water is introduced into the species.
The amount of water increases in direct proportion to the
quality of the cylinder. The internal pressure is increased
up to a level beyond the breaking point of the LPG Cylinder.
According to the welding type (vertical, horizontal), it gives
clues about the tear pattern of the sheet plate, the quality
of the welding performed and the quality of the steel plate
used in the production of the LPG cylinder. The LPG Cylinder
blasting machine allows the LPG cylinders to be tested
visually or with PLC control.
